For almost two decades, Mr. Kedar Vaze has performed consistently as an in-house perfumer with S H Kelkar & Co. Additionally, he is the CEO of S H Kelkar & Co.. His keen interest in continued self-growth and company expansion, sees him head Kelkar Group's expansion of Fragrances , Flavours , Aroma Chemicals Divisions and integration of newly acquired Dutch Multinational M/s PFW Aroma Chemicals B.V. , The Netherlands as well.

An achiever right from his student days, Kedar won several awards from excellence academically even when he was an undergraduate. He completed his Masters in Science (Organic Chemistry) from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, with Synthetic Flavours as his M.Sc thesis. He is also a Diploma Holder in Business Management from the renowned Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.
